Reserve Chardonnay
Wine
Patina Reserve Chardonnay is grown on the rich volcanic slopes of Mount Canobolas, located near Orange in New South Wales's central highlands.
The fruit is handpicked and 'cleaned', removing any leaves or debris from the grapes. Fermentation occurs in oak barrels, followed by 12 months of maturation on lees. Each barrel is then individually graded and the best are selected for the final blend.
Pale straw, Patina Reserve Chardonnay has smooth, enticing fruit flavours and toasty, creamy complexity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
